Not long ago, this building was seen as a relic of the past. The concrete structure on Gajowicka Street—formerly Hotel Wieniawa—had long been a well-known spot for Wrocław locals. Rich in character, but visibly worn by time. Today, the same address tells a completely new story. Following an extensive renovation that respects the site’s heritage, it is now home to the four-star Four Points by Sheraton Wrocław.
This isn’t just a new hotel—it’s a showcase of how to give new life to a place with a past. A story of transformation that preserves identity while opening the door to the future.
Architecture and Interiors: Historical Spirit Meets Contemporary Comfort
While the building’s original form remains, its interior has undergone a dramatic transformation. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a space that blends elegance with approachability. The design, inspired by Polish modernism, creates a timeless atmosphere that feels both stylish and inviting.
The furniture looks as though it has been collected over decades—a personal curation of meaningful objects. Freestanding silhouettes and refined materials evoke the spirit of the 1950s and 60s, but without falling into nostalgia. Light-filled interiors, carefully selected textures, and contemporary comfort standards come together to form a cohesive and thoughtful whole.
Comfort in the Spirit of Modern Classic
The hotel features 157 guest rooms, each designed for everyday comfort and relaxation. A warm, harmonious color palette—earthy browns, deep blues, forest greens, charcoal greys, and muted terracotta tones—offers a calming, home-like ambiance.
Design icons like the iconic 366 armchair by Chierowski sit alongside contemporary furniture from renowned brands, including the Felix sofa by Sits, Hens chairs by Bejot, and October coffee tables by Profim. The result is an elegant yet cozy interior where aesthetics meet functionality.

A Place for Meetings, Conversations, and Relaxation
The shared spaces—lobby, restaurant, and bar—are designed to encourage spontaneous interactions. Casual and open, they offer a consistent and coherent design language.
The restaurant is furnished with pieces from both Polish and global manufacturers: Pedrali and Balma tables, Sudoku chairs from Paged, Epocc barstools by Bejot, and Prop stools from Paged. Every detail matters, inviting guests to stay longer—whether it’s for morning coffee, lunch, or dinner with friends.

Conference Space with a City View
The first floor houses the hotel’s conference zone. Two meeting rooms—Alfa and Beta—offer over 200 m² of space and can be easily adapted to smaller sessions. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure plenty of daylight, while modern AV equipment meets the demands of today’s business guests. The rooms are furnished with Hens conference chairs by Bejot and Sqart tables from Nowy Styl.

The spacious foyer between rooms encourages conversation and connection, with seating by Noti (Muse), Vank (Long), and Livoni (Ksenia), plus stylish Slit coffee tables by HAY. A private 46 m² terrace adds to the appeal—exclusively for event guests.

A New Standard, Same Location
Four Points by Sheraton Wrocław is a place familiar to locals—but with a renewed identity. This modern hotel in Wrocław brings new energy to a storied location without losing its roots. Every space—from guest rooms to the restaurant and conference zone—has been carefully designed to meet the needs of today’s traveler.
This project was particularly meaningful to us. We had the pleasure of contributing to the transformation of the former Hotel Wieniawa by providing furniture and solutions that support comfort, functionality, and aesthetic harmony. We’re proud to have played a part in this story of renewal.
