He has been working as an architect since graduating from the Faculty of Architecture of the Białystok University of Technology. From 2005, he co-founded the commercial space design department in one of the leading international real estate agencies, where he gained extensive experience in the field of office design and comprehensive service of fit-out processes. The competencies gained over 10 years became the basis for Konrad Krusiewicz to found his own architectural studio, TheDesignGroup.

TheDesignGroup designed office spaces until 2015. Today, it is an experienced team of 16 well-coordinated professionals who have designed over 500,000m2 of offices in Poland and abroad. Since 2016, TDG has been awarded annually for the best projects in national and international competitions.

Multiple design achievements of Konrad Krusiewicz and his studio TheDesignGroup include projects for such clients as: Bain, a global consulting company in Wrocław, Boston Consulting Group, Takeda, Orbis-Accor, Winerberger, Santander Bank, Euronet, ING RE, Aviva, Rent24, Scandia, Infosys, Infor, XL Catlin, UPC, Skanska, Clariant, DHL, Avon , Herbalife and many more.
