Our design process is built around understanding the needs of people and companies. Since 2012, over 60 Polish and international clients have appreciated this holistic and creative approach. We believe that workplace experience should benefit everyone – business organizations, the community and the planet.

Bogusz Parzyszek

Founder and CEO of Workplace. Irreplaceable in building relationships with customers and initiating activities that integrate design, technology and change management. He gained experience in the research processes covering over 100 work environments of international organizations. Former publisher and editor-in-chief of OFFICE magazine – the first Polish magazine devoted to offices. He translates his knowledge into innovative designs of human-friendly spaces that meet real business needs. A graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology, speaker at many real estate, management and architecture conferences, organizer of the Future Workplace summit, member of the program board of the Institute of Working Contexts, ambassador of Harvard Business Review Polska.

Dominika Zielińska

Co-owner and main architect in the Workplace studio. Responsible for the development and management of a team of architects, designers and researchers, focusing on a holistic approach and the idea of ​​life-centered design. She specializes in designing for business, operating at the intersection of research, strategy and design. In her projects she combines the needs of clients with values ​​important for people, communities and the environment. Together with her team, she has designed over 160,000 square meters of commercial space for 60 international clients. Speaker at events in the architecture, real estate and management sector. Educator in the topics of sustainable design, environmental and social responsibility. Initiator of the first Less Waste Office in Poland. Involved in pro-bono projects, incl. for the Integration Foundation. She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Architecture of the Krakow University of Technology, Academy of Leadership Psychology and faculty of Management at the ICAN Institute.
