The Florence Knoll Tables, designed to furnish the new interiors of postwar America, is a scaled-down translation of the lines, gestures and materials of modern architecture. Consistent with all of her designs, the table has a spare, geometric presence that reflects the rational design approach Florence Knoll learned from Mies van der Rohe.
Influenced by her groundbreaking collection of occasional tables and executive desks, the Florence Knoll Dining Tables and Mini Desk are clear in their sheer visual clarity. TThe designs are cool and angular, reflecting the objective perfectionism of the early 1960s. The Dining Table is available in a variety of marble tops and can also be used as a meeting table or personal desk. The Mini Desk is available with a marble or glass top.
